In Paris, we may find a huge amount of patisseries with wonderful windows that are a true invitation to come in. Besides the pastries being super cute, they are also really tasty. Among the various typical French candies, the éclair has always been one of my favorites. In the Marais (an area of a Parisian neighborhood), a patisserie has one of the best eclairs I have ever tasted in my life. Its name is L’Éclair of Genie and I really recommend a visit for anyone in Paris. The atmosphere is nice and you will find an amazing variety of éclair flavors, chocolates and other pastries. They’re so beautiful that many people start taking pictures of the shop windows. The version of ice cream éclair is another delicious new and it’s not easy to find it in other patisseries. My favorite flavors are chocolate and caramel beurre Salé (salted butter caramel), but you can see the other flavors and other sweets of L’Éclair Génie on its website: http://www.leclairdegenie.com/ The place opens from 1 0 a.m. to 7 .p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekends and the address is Rue Pavée, 14.
